• Identified the user needs and established the model to align on a common strategy for building agentic experiences. Built a prototype demonstrating the agentic UX interaction model to drive clarity on how agents fit into users' established workflows alongside agent-to-agent interactions.
• Partnered with Design, Eng, AS, and UXR to translate emerging content generation LLM capabilities into enterprise ready Copilot features in Word. Pioneered a bespoke customer co-development process and interviewed over 30+ enterprises to find sales barriers and valuable use cases. Applied those insights to influence LLM model parameters of the feature area.
• Aligned on the strategy and direction for 3P agentic scenarios to determine opportunities to explore on-canvas experiences and how to leverage data as a differentiator.

Azure Internet of Things (IoT) Platform Team working on IoT Hub and device management.

• Aligned cross-team, cross-discipline, and across the Platform on the device management strategy to drive long-term partnership and trust, and align around the long-term roadmap.
• Partnered deeply between design, uesr research, and engineering to translate user needs into actionable feature requirements.
• Led IoT's early-in-career program to build an engaged community, provide career growth/development opportunities, and facilitate mentorship. Also led IoT's intern program, monthly D&I book club, team health workshops, and was the PM University Recruitment Champ for PM across the IoT org.

Azure Internet of Things (IoT) Platform and Devices Team working on IoT Hub's high availability, disaster recovery, reliability, and device management.

• Managed the integration of an IoT security acquisition to connect on-premises security solutions into a cloud-connected experience across all of IoT Platform.
• Worked cross-team across Platform to support partnerships and integrations.
• Gathered user pain points through user research and leveraged insights into in-depth gap analysis of IoT's device management story to drive business opportunities and determine the future of device management.

Azure Internet of Things (IoT) Platform Team focusing on device management and Plug and Play. In particular, driving various enhancements to IoT Edge's automatic deployments, including layered deployments, automatic configurations for module twins, and a revamped UI for IoT Edge automatic deployments.

Azure Internet of Things (IoT) Platform Team focusing on the device provisioning service to optimize devices provisioning to the IoT Hub. Focused on customer validation, feature requirements, and go-to-market plans to automate processes in the provisioning service. Led a high level investigation into transfer of ownership of devices that optimizes security and usability.

Managed the internal system integration as the company shifts from an in-house system to multiple third party systems, including Operative.One, STAQ, Salesforce, and Yieldex. Worked with dev leads/architects, business leads, and third party vendors to plan and implement the scope of the integration. Documented business and functional requirements, as well as tracked and followed up on project tasks among team members. Created complete project plans for end-to-end delivery with appropriate documentation.

iOS lead to create an app to augment usage of IU hospital's trauma manual for educational and general use by students and residents. Standardized hospital’s format for displaying treatment algorithms in app form.

Worked on a new feature within Azure as part of the Azure Networking Team called Network Watcher. Built cross platform mobile app using cordova and ionic to view analytics and diagnostics of vms, metrics, limits, and more. Conducted user research on best UIUX design for app. Worked in AGILE environment and had daily commits to OneBranch (internal source control). Demoed app to CVPs of Azure Networking and release internally.

Revamped and updated company site using css, javascript, and php. Worked with Stripe API to allow customers to shop. Currently inactive due to CEO's wedding.

Used python, CSS, and javascript to make sites and web apps for clients in a SCRUM environment. Used Basecamp and CodeAnywhere.

Worked on the Adoption team to migrate customers from old platform/features onto new one. Used SQL queries for data mining. Worked as an UI developer on marketing cloud in an AGILE environment using github. Filled/completed Jira tickets.

Coded emails and landing pages for Old Navy, Gap, Volvo, Microsoft, and more using HTML, CSS, javascript in an AGILE environment. Worked with UIUX designers to develop best product for clients.

Taught middle school girls to help gain interest in computer science and fundamentals of computer science. Cumulated to girls making own Android app.
